Week 10: Settling into 7.5mg

Your second injection at 7.5mg is usually much gentler than the first. The body recognizes the dose, side effects soften, and the deeper appetite control begins to feel routine.

Most second-injection weeks at a new tirzepatide dose feel like a return to the baseline rhythm — appetite is quiet, food noise is low, and GI side effects fade quickly compared with the first dose at the new strength. The reason is partly pharmacokinetic (plasma levels are climbing toward a new steady state) and partly behavioral (you already know how to eat through the adjustment).
