NAD+ Where to Buy
Seven things to settle before the card comes out, arranged in the order that actually protects you. Grade is first, and price is nowhere near the top.
NAD+ where to buy is a grade question before it is a price question, and the ordering is not a stylistic choice. It is the order the FDA's own risk alert points to.
Most buying guides for this compound start with purity percentages and finish with a discount code. That sequence has the checks backwards. Below is the order that matches where the documented harm has actually come from, with a scored example at the end. Everything described here is research material sold for laboratory use and not for human consumption.
Where the order actually gets placed
Ascension Peptides, NAD+
US-based and third-party tested. Enter the code on the payment step and the vial halves before you confirm.
Quoted per 100 mg because NAD+ is dosed in hundreds of milligrams, not the single milligrams a peptide vial holds. Buying 3, 5 or 10 takes 3%, 5% or 10% off the list price. Free shipping starts at $250.
- Two batch certificates per lot
- Shipping free over $250
- Out the door same day if you order before 2pm CST

Why nad+ where to buy is a grade question first
NAD+ is nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, a coenzyme your cells already make and spend continuously. It is not a peptide, and the market for it does not behave like the peptide market. It is sold by the gram, it has a real clinic channel that peptides do not, and it has one specific documented failure mode.
On 30 October 2024 the FDA published a compounding risk alert that is worth reading in full, because it is unusually direct. The agency said it was aware of compounders using food-grade nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide sold by repackagers to make intravenous products. It stated that ingredients identified as food grade are not suitable for compounding sterile drugs without appropriate processing, because of the high risk of contamination with microbes and endotoxins. And it reported adverse event reports following use of NAD+ injectable drugs, including severe chills, shaking, vomiting and fatigue, some requiring medical treatment, which it described as consistent with excessive levels of endotoxins.
Read that chain again slowly. The problem was not counterfeit material. The problem was real NAD+ of the wrong grade, bought from a repackager, by professionals, and the people on the receiving end got rigors. If that is the failure mode at the licensed end of the market, grade is the first thing to establish at every other end of it.
The seven things to settle, in order
One, grade. Ask whether the material is manufactured to pharmaceutical grade or repackaged from a food or supplement supply. A seller that cannot answer, or answers with a purity number instead, has told you something.
Two, a certificate tied to your lot. One undated PDF standing in for everything the seller has ever shipped is a brochure. What you want is a document with a lot number and an analysis date on it, and a lot number on the vial that matches.
Three, endotoxin testing named on that certificate. This is the check that separates a document which addresses the known risk from one that does not. Bacterial endotoxin testing, usually written as LAL or bacterial endotoxins test, is a different assay from a purity run, and the FDA maintains a standing guidance document on pyrogen and endotoxin testing precisely because it is its own discipline. Be prepared for the answer to be no, including from sellers worth buying from, and treat it as a question to put in writing rather than a box you expect to see ticked.
Four, the quantity line. A gram is the unit here. Check that the certificate states a measured quantity as well as a purity percentage, and read what it says about salts and buffering agents, because those are not detected by ultraviolet methods and are not counted as impurities.
Five, domestic stock and a dispatch clock. A stated cutoff time is only possible if vials are already on a shelf in the country. A vague handling window of two to five business days usually means the order is being routed somewhere after you pay.
Six, written terms. Published policy covering damaged, missing or undelivered orders, visible before checkout rather than negotiated afterwards over email.
Seven, no human-use claims. A research supplier that stays inside its lane will decline to discuss dosing or preparation at all. A site that offers a protocol has stopped being a research supplier, which changes what it is prepared to say about everything else too.
Scoring one listing against the seven
The card above links to Ascension Peptides, and the honest thing to do with a checklist is run it against the vendor being recommended rather than against a strawman.
| Check | What the listing shows | Verdict |
|---|---|---|
| Grade stated | Sold as research material, described as a coenzyme, not for human use | Ask in writing |
| Lot-specific certificate | Two, Kovera Labs lot 25-05260628 tested 14 June 2026 and MZ Biolabs lot 25-01260229 tested 26 January 2026 | Pass |
| Endotoxin named | Not on the January certificate, which covers purity, identity and quantity | Ask in writing |
| Quantity measured | 784.32 mg per vial by ultraviolet quantification, with a note that salts and sugars are not UV detected | Pass, with a question |
| Domestic stock and cutoff | In stock, 2pm CST Monday to Saturday for same-day dispatch | Pass |
| Written terms | Published, including free shipping over $250 | Pass |
| Human-use claims | None. The vendor declines to discuss preparation or dosing as a matter of policy | Pass |
Two of those come back as questions rather than ticks, and that is the point of running the list rather than reciting it. The January certificate reports 99.66% purity by high performance liquid chromatography with ultraviolet detection, identity confirmed by mass spectrometry, and a measured quantity of 784.32 mg against a 1,000 mg label. Its own note explains that salts and sugars added for solubility and pH buffering are not seen by ultraviolet detection and are not treated as impurities, which is the ordinary explanation for a gap of that shape. It is still a number worth asking about before you buy ten of them.
When each of the seven is actually possible
Four of the checks happen before any money moves, and they cost about ten minutes. Grade, certificate, endotoxin and terms are all answerable from a product page and an email, and the email is the part most people skip. A seller who answers a written grade question with a written answer has given you something to hold them to. A seller who answers with a phone call has not.
The dispatch check happens at the moment of ordering rather than before it, because a cutoff time is only real if it holds on the day you use it. Ordering at half past one on a Tuesday and watching for a tracking number that evening tests the claim in a way that reading the claim does not.
The last two checks only become possible when the box is open, and they are the ones that catch the failures the paperwork cannot. Read the lot number printed on the vial and match it against the certificate you were shown, digit for digit, before anything else happens. Look at the seal and the crimp. Look at the cake itself, which should be a dry white to off-white mass or film at the bottom of a gram vial rather than a wet ring or a collapsed puddle, because a melted and refrozen cake is a temperature history nobody wrote down. The vendor's own storage guidance for its lyophilised material is minus 20 degrees Celsius in a dry, dark place, so the freezer is the destination on the day of arrival rather than a week later.
If any of those three fail, that is what the written terms from check six exist for, and it is why check six is worth reading while you are calm rather than while you are annoyed.
What nad+ injection where to buy is actually asking
That phrasing carries an assumption worth separating out. Nothing in this channel arrives as an injection. What arrives is a sealed glass vial containing a gram of lyophilised powder, a dry cake sitting at the bottom, shipped at ambient temperature because that is how freeze-dried material travels.
The format question matters because the sterility bar rises the moment anything is intended for a syringe, and it rises fastest exactly where people buy most casually. That is the same endotoxin argument from the top of this page, arriving from a different direction. The format comparison goes through it properly.
Dosing and preparation arithmetic sit outside what a research supplier will discuss and outside what this page will attempt. The Peptide Dosage NAD+ page and its vial calculator handle that side properly.
What the checks cannot do for you
They narrow your exposure. They do not remove it.
No certificate proves the vial in your hand is the one the laboratory opened. No dispatch cutoff protects a parcel once a carrier has it. And the regulatory position is genuinely unusual for this compound rather than simply permissive: NAD and the reduced form NADH sit in Category 1 of the FDA's list of bulk drug substances nominated for compounding under section 503A, updated 14 May 2026, which means under evaluation and subject to a stated non-enforcement position, not approved. Beta-Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide Disodium Salt Trihydrate, which looks like the same thing under a longer name, sits in Category 3 instead. The legal position page takes that apart line by line.
What a good supplier does is make each failure less likely and more fixable. That is the whole offer, and any page telling you otherwise is selling something.

Best NAD+ source states a weighting and then applies it, NAD+ for sale works through what a listing does and does not tell you, and the price page handles the arithmetic against the clinic channel.
